I live in New York City and Riviera Maya with my two children, husband, parents and lovely cat.

Why they chose this property

We love our home for its uniq and spacious layout, amazing olympic size pool in the common area, picturesque walks along the golf courses with blazing sunsets, and close proximity to the vibrant town of Playa del Carmen.

We walk to Playa 5th Ave by foot and it takes us 20 minuets. Guests can take taxi ( around $9) or free golf cart that operates all day long ( hours can vary and should be confirmed with concierge).

Beautiful beach is 20 minute walk through local Maya ruins or 10 minute ride in the golf cart. Bikes are welcome ! Beach club is free and popular. During high season come as early as 8:30am!

What makes this property unique

On the property there is a kids club with nanny, playground, several cafes across the street for breakfast, dinner and lunch. There is an amazing gym, common area roof top for adults, sauna and steam room.
