The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a primer ski in/out resort in Breckenridge featuring panoramic views, wonderful amenities, fitness center, outdoor hot tubs, indoor-outdoor pool with a waterslide, on-site restaurant & bar, private movie theaters, and nearby access to the BreckConnect Gondola which takes you down into the town of Breckenridge. Soothe Spa offers a variety of treatments and an adults-only, grotto-style hot tub with a moss-rock waterfall. The resort has a free shuttle to take you anywhere in Breckenridge.

At the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 you’ll find everything you need for a grand vacation - a convenient and unparalleled location, enticing amenities, all of the comforts and convenience of home, and a staff eager to make your vacation perfect. The resort features the eclectic Sevens restaurant and the alluring Soothe Spa, as well as an après ski bar in the lobby, private movie theaters and a fully equipped Family Fun Center. Great Unit

Great unit in a great property. The lift is right out the door, there’s a really nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub complex, convenient, heated underground parking, a restaurant in the building, etc. Owner is very communicative. Highly recommended.

Perfect quick ski trip spot

Check-in was fairly easy. We got to hotel when slopes opened so they gave us a day pass, parking pass and instructions to get to ski lockers. We were a short walk to breck sports (closed Tues and Wed, but tickets for sale every day at peak 8) to purchase lift tickets. Short gondola ride away to green runs, but my pre-teens had most fun on peak 7. It wasn’t as busy as peaks 8 and 9. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids are still young enough, the pull out sofa is fine for them, and there’s a king sized bed and decent sized kitchen. Kitchen had everything to cook a meal: pots, pans, 2-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and sink. It does not have an oven, so we mostly just cooked breakfast and spaghetti for 3 days and enjoyed the town at night. The resort offers a lot of amenities: on-site movie theatres (book these early!), arcade, spa, inside and outside (heated) pool and I think I counted at least 5 hot tubs. There is also a shuttle service you can book to head to/from town. There is an app you will need (BMMA shuttle). I couldn’t figure out what bus stop was where, so I’d recommend asking concierge for assistance with that until you get your bearings around town. Overall a great trip. Host was very responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. Everything went smoothly though, so there wasn’t anything we needed. We will definitely keep this in mind for next season.
