Situated on a relatively flat lot, with a driveway that accommodates 4-5 cars. Four bedrooms and a loft for a total of 7 beds. In a quiet neighborhood filled with squirrels, blue jays and all the Live Oaks you can imagine. Wrap around deck, horseshoe pit, pool table, many books and board games. The adjacent 60+ acre UCLA Center leads to open forest, walking trails and the lake.

About the host

Our family has had "The Cabin" since 1976 and it has been a place for our family to rest and recover from city life. I love walking in these woods, jumping in the lake and walk around The Village without buying anything. I play ukulele, teach English, drink coffee, and hang with my wife and teenage son.
Why they chose this property
I love the clear air and all the trees, plus the squirrels, chipmunks and blue jays really bring it together nicely. This is a relatively flat area on the north shore of the lake, which is just a few minutes walk down our road. We are next to the UCLA Conference Center, which means there is 60+ acres of open land, which includes walking trails, obstacles courses and a softball field.
What makes this property unique
With 5 bedrooms and two living room areas, there is plenty of space and we have a pool table, a horse shoe pit, board games, smart TVs, outside seating and a BBQ, so there are enough chill things to do to keep you entertained.
