BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Beautiful view

Condo is beautiful but had internet and TV issues. Repairs worked on after several requests. Never able to get mediacom cable in LR because cable box not connected correctly apparently. Would have been nice to have extra blankets in master since there in winter.

Perfect!

Our condo was amazing for our family's fall break vacation in October. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The size, cleanliness, location, and view were all perfect. The complex and beach were never crowded. It was our kids' first time to visit the ocean and they had a great experience. We will hopefully be back! We have no complaints! Thank you, Beach Ball!

Complex is nice. Condo was easy to get to. Check in was very easy. Condo was equipped well enough for our party of 7 to utilize. We were all comfortable. Just a short walk to boardwalk and then to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay.

This place is lovely, well kept and have stayed annually for many years Great family getaway The beach is peaceful and the pool is great Unfortunately, the mattresses in this condo have caved in over the years and desperately need to be replaced By the end of the week, you will have back pain from sleeping on a caved in matress!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening after being at the beach all day.the views of the gulf from the condo were spectacular. We look forward to returning.

Condo was what we needed for a weeks stay. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. However, it is very dark (does not get a lot of sunlight and paint and furniture is very dark) and does need some work (cabinets not closing, dresser doors not closing easily, bathrooms need work). Beachball, the rental company, was very responsive and easy to work with.

Christmas vacation

We love Martinique, my sister owns in the East building so we all visited together with our parents which is why we needed another unit. This unit was huge, so spacious, plenty of amenities, loved the ice maker and it was a very reasonable price. This is area is my favorite, beaches beautiful, never too crowded (even in the summer) and love walking the neighborhood.

Parking a problem

We had 3 bedroom unit with 3 couples coming from different locations at different times. Only being allowed to park 2 cars when the lot was empty was expensive and frustrating. Otherwise, we loved the unit and location. Second bedroom light switch (bathroom) was not working properly. Thanks!

Amazing week at an amazing spor

Condo was everything we wanted and more! Spacious for 4 adults. Perfectly stocked kitchen for cooking. Amazing view from balcony. This is our 4th trip to Martinique and it never disappoints We had an ant problem in guest bathroom but found ant traps in laundry room and it helped a little. We will definitely return. Thank you for providing a beautiful place to have R&R

We had a fabulous time at the beach - we love Martinique-this is our 8th year to stay in these condos! Private, roomy, lovely balcony with seating. We had an issue with ants invading the kitchen at one point and when we notified management - they were apologetic, polite and super responsive to address the problem. Would definitely recommend their services.

We loved this condo! The resort is beautiful! The beach is very private with old time sand dunes! Trees throughout the property. Nice pool! We will definitely stay here again! 🏖️💕☀️

Nice place to stay

The condo itself was great. It is a smaller property with only 3 floors in 2 buildings, plus the neighborhood of houses. Due to this, the beach was less crowded and quieter. They have armed security on site which is a plus. Here are negatives... They have 2 boardwalks to the beach, only one of them is "cart friendly," meaning no steps to deal with. The cart friendly boardwalk had a lot more people near it on the beach. The condos are about twice as far off the beach as most others, so you dont hear the ocean as much, and its hard to watch the dolphins and whales play from the balconies due to the distance. The final downsidenis not so much with the property as it is with Beachball. Beachball (company handling this units rental) was good for the most part. However, on the day we were checking out, I found two citations from the property for $100 each on my vehicles. When I stopped at the office, the reason was that Beachball did not provide us with the correct parking passes. The security guards alerted the Property manager to this early in our stay, and they claimed they alerted Beachball to this as well, and insisted Beachball provide us with the corrext passes. Beachball never contacted us or provided us with them. The first I heard about this issue was upon finding the citations. I went to the office and after some discussion, the property manager said she wouldn't hold us accountable for the citation amd she would make Beachball pay them. According to the manager, it is HOA policy that non property assigned passes be accepted, and a citation is required if its not the proper ones. Dealing with security and the property manager on this was great...but Beachball should have known better. When I spoke to a Beachball representative, they claimed to have no idea what i was talking about.
