The space

NOTE: There is work being done on floors 1-4. They have some exterior waterproofing/painting left to do and installing new windows in the elevator area. Due to this, there may be noise at times during the day and a 15% construction discount has been applied to the entire months of April and May! For the safety of our guests, the outdoor pool and splash pad will likely be closed until June 5th. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub will be open for normal operational hours!

There's a 55 inch 4K smart tv in living room.

Full bathroom with tub accessible from the master suite and attached half bathroom accessible from hallway.

Kitchen is chef-ready with pots & pans, blender, toaster, Keurig Duo coffee machine (please bring your own coffee), and more. Dining table seats 4 bar seats 3.

We offer a complimentary welcome package. Startup supply of two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom, travel size shampoo and lotion sets in the bathroom, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods are provided.

There is a coin operated laundry on each floor except the first floor. The change machine is in the lobby across from the front desk.

We have a brand new 30 gallon electric water heater, which is good for 1-2 normal 10 minute showers and will take about 1 hour to fully recover back to operating temperature. During colder weather this may take longer to heat back up due to very cold incoming water.

Internet is provided by the condo’s association. It has recently (April 2025) been updated to a 300 mpbs high speed internet!

SunDestin Beach Resort offers unique amenities to entertain the whole family, including:

If you arrive early, feel free to check with the front desk, get your parking pass and enjoy the beach and the pools. However we don't allow early check in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need time to prepare the condo. During slow season, if the unit is ready for early check in, we will let you know.

We operate the rental ourselves and we want to make sure our guests have a great time in our condo. For any urgent maintenance requests, our condo is enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of SunDestin. Guests can request help from them through front desk for issues ranging from clogged toilets to help with operating the TV remote.

Please note that during slow season, some of the onsite amenities like the beachside Tiki Bar, rental beach service, etc. may be closed or operating with limited hours due to lower demand.

You will check in at the reception desk to get your door code to the condo. There’s someone available 24/7 for check ins.

Condo has very cute decor. The views from the balcony were incredible. All ammenities were on spot except there were no beach towels. Internet very spotty. Instructions for the TV and internet could use an update to provide accurate information.

Perfect Annual Girl’s Trip

This property was the perfect place for my 3 friends and I to stay for our annual weekend girl’s trip. There was just enough space & a beautiful view of the beach. Beach access was amazing & it was close enough to other stores and restaurants too!

Perfection!

This condo was beautiful! Clean, as advertised, wonderful beach view. The owners were communicative and kind from rental until exit. I would highly recommend Emma and Ryan and any property they have. They supplied even more than stated and made for an amazing vacation. I have never been more relaxed in my life and am already planning my next trip back. 🙂

Weekend Getaway

The room was very clean and nicely decorated for the beach. It was wonderful to sit out on the patio in the morning drinking coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. Great location on US 98 to get around town. The owners responded to any questions I had and were very pleasant. Will be back!

Beautiful!

This was our first time in Destin...so beautiful! We watched the dolphins from the balcony and the beach daily. We were not in the room much except for morning coffee, showers and sleeping but it's just as described and has everything you need to "live" in an apartment. We did not use either pool, splash pad or gym. Will 100% book again for our next trip to Destin! P.S. rent a car! 😁

Great unit in an amazing location

We arrived very late in the day, and the check in was seamless. We were in our unit within 5 minutes. The only snafu was the parking situation. There were no parking spaces available, and we were directed about 1/10th of a mile (across a busy road) to an overflow lot. There was always available parking during the rest our stay. The unit itself is beautiful, and has a great view of the ocean. We spent time every day enjoying the deck view where there are two nice chairs and a small table. The bed is softer than we're used to, but nonetheless, super comfy. The kitchen has newer appliances, and all the tools you need to make meals if you like. I had some minor questions for the host, and my texts were always returned within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beach getaway

Stayed here for our family’s first beach getaway. Loved the view of this room. One morning we watched dolphins from the balcony. This condo was very cozy and had everything we needed. We took the beach chairs down to the beach so having those in the room was a great bonus because we didn’t have to buy any. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was getting the tv in the living room to work. I think it was an internet connection issue but honestly we weren’t in the room long enough to really mess with it so we just watched the bedroom tv. I would stay here again in the future.

Amazing Unit

The unit is completely updated and beautifully decorated. They even stock it with small toiletries to get you started so you don’t have to run right to the store for hand soap or toilet paper. There’s a lot of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The king sized bed is extra comfortable and has a memory foam topper. Even the pull out couch has a memory foam topper! My kids decided to sleep on that instead of the bunk beds that they had begged for. The fifth floor was perfect; high enough to not hear every conversation at the pool but low enough to have a great view of the beach. The balcony chairs with attached cup holders were awesome, and they have a multi-bar drying rack attached to the wall out there to hang your swimsuits and towels. The beach chairs came with carrying cases that made them easy to carry down to the beach. We will absolutely rebook if we go back to Destin.

Amazing Views

The condo itself was awesome. Kids loved the bunk beds with their own lights they could control. The beds were comfy and everything was clean inside. The actual Sundestin resort is a bit outdated and run down, but Emma and Ryan’s condo was not. The indoor pool is very small, smaller than it looks in the photos, but there is direct beach access and the views from our balcony were spectacular. The hosts were responsive and accommodating.
