Cozy 350 sqft retreat w/ tile walk-in shower, comfy bed, HDTV, kitchenette, off-street parking & quiet alley location. Walk to restaurants & shopping. Pet-friendly. Close to freeway. Grab a bite at the nearby Casagrandas Steakhouse, or walk to the Berkley Pit viewing station. It is conveniently located near a major road but is quiet because it faces the alley. The yard is not fenced but is great for supervised pets. If you really want something more homey than a hotel but don't need tons of space, this tiny-house is perfect for you.
