Welcome to Circle Cottage! Located in the quiet and convenient St. Simon Heights neighborhood, this designer-decorated cottage offers guests a private pool (14x24) and spa (8x8) tucked into a secluded backyard. Guests of Circle Cottage will enjoy quick access to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants! Take a quick bike ride or walk to the famous Southern Soul BBQ

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.

The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room offer guests an easy way to gather and enjoy making memories. Circle Cottage is a porch lovers' delight! The front porch is wide and welcoming and the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon rain shower. Two quaint screened porches on the back of the cottage are great places to relax with a book or morning coffee while overlooking the pool and spa.

The first floor offers guests two primary bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs guests will find two spacious bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub.

The Circle Cottage is the perfect home to relax, unwind, and make memories for a lifetime!

Perfect place to stay!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect house. Centrally located, a short bike ride to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. There was a small issue with the hot tub but the management company was very responsive and the problem was fixed promptly. The house is very clean. Check in and check out process is easy. Would stay here again next time we are in SSI.

Circle Cottage

Loved the house and it was great location. Wanted to let you know that the master bath shower leaked water under the door of the shower on the floor. Wondered if you found a navy soft cooler? We had one on the back porch and it was missing. It was there and then after someone came to fix the heat on the pool/spa, it was missing. Thank you.

Anniversary get-away

We rented the Circle Cottage for our 25th anniversary! This was a perfect place! The house is beautiful and peaceful! The outdoor amenities made for a perfect get away. The weather was beautiful! The managers were very attentive to every detail and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this rental!

Awesome little cottage!

We had such a relaxing stay at circle cottage. They had all the amenities a little family could hope for (beach toys, chairs, umbrella, high chair, pack and play). The pool and screened porches were a huge favorite. Great neighbors, neighborhood, and property management company to be around!

2 families n i split the costs of the vbro Circle Cottage. We used the heated pool n spa everyday. And the location of this house is good. Its near all the shops n pier. The house is fancy and up to date with everything.

We had a great stay here, from check in to check out. It was absolutely gorgeous and everything was clean. Communication with the property manager went well above my expectations. They were prompt and very helpful! We will definitely be back here.

Perfect Place for a Girls trip

The place was so cute and nicely located. It was perfect for what we wanted. Our only concern was we didn't realize there was a charge to use the hot tub and it didn't work a few of the nights we wanted it. They did reinburse us for those nights though. I'd stay here again and would definatly recommend it.

Great House with Wonderful Porches

The house is spacious, nice to have 3 bedrooms with king size beds & 2 bedrooms downstairs. Pool wasn't as large as expected, but didn't detract from how beautiful the backyard is. Could have used a small table outside between the chaise lounges. We'd stay there again.

Perfect family vacation

We are so happy with our choice to stay at Circle Cottage! It was incredibly cleaned, a great location close to shopping and restaurants, and friendly neighbors to boot. The pool was perfect for our family with two small children (5 & 2) and under some great shade trees so it never felt hot, even on the hottest days. A short bike ride or car ride will get you to the beach access of your choice. People in SSI are incredibly friendly. If you’re looking for a sweet family vacation, a pool, easy access to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants, we highly recommend Circle Cottage!

Lovely

This house is perfect…from the layout, to design choices, to amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals instead of eating out for every meal. I’ve never slept so good away from home. The bed upstairs could use a foam pad, it’s a little too firm. The pool is mostly shaded, so the water stays pretty cool. I would recommend heating it. There is a playpen and mattress, and a high chair. My daughter rented these items elsewhere for the week unnecessarily, as the description does not mention them. And also available are four comfy beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. We walked the neighborhood daily for exercise. I highly recommend this property!
