Dirty

Had to have the person behind the desk clean the room again. She was great and tried to make it right. We asked the host for a refund when we got there and he emailed me back saying vrbo wouldn't let him according to the rules and to get ahold of them. There were crumbs on the floor, hairs on the sheets, and the bathroom sink was dirty. Isabella was a Rockstar though and tried her best.

Were a family owned resort that we've owned for over 10 years now. Michelle & I have made great feats to try to make this resort as comfortable as possible.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I have always loved the Dells. When we had an opportunity to own a piece of the Dells on the lake, we just had to jump on it.

What makes this property unique

Were one of the few resorts in all Wisconsin that are right on a lake and have an outdoor pool. On top of that we have live entertainment every Friday in the summer. Some of the amenities that we have are a heated pool, nightly bonfire & free kayak and paddleboard rental.
