Newly renovated and upgraded with an open living area w/ large dining table, comfortable sofa, 2 reclining wing chairs, and flat screen TV. Primary bedroom suite w/ private bath and queen bed opens to back patio. The guest bedroom can be arranged w/ 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV. Fantastic private patio with BBQ area completes this vacation home.
Palma Real is a deluxe gated community located in Palm Beach off "restaurant row", only minutes from Aruba beaches, casinos, shopping, and night life.
Features include full size washer/dryer combo, A/C throughout, large capacity hot water heater, & Wi-Fi internet, safe.
Palma Real offers 2 pools, a club house, playground, and 24-hour security.

The Neighborhood:
Palma Real is a gated community located in Palm Beach 1/2 mile east of the high rise hotel area. There are several restaurants just outside of Palma Real, also close to night life, gas station, ATM & convenience store

Getting Around:
Palma Real is located in Palm Beach. 1/2 mile east of High Rise hotels. Walkable on side walks. Dining, nightlife, casinos all near by. A car is recommended but not required. A short walk to dining, beaches and night life.

Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations, except Airbnb. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner


All visitors will be required to complete the online Embarkation/Disembarkation card process and be approved in order to be permitted entry to Aruba.
