This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
Dog Size Limit: Only one (1) dog allowed up to 75 pounds. Larger dogs will be considered by breed. Please inquire.
2 Dogs Allowed up to 60 pounds.
Pet Fees:

$175 minimum per reservation (up to 1 week) for 1 dog.
Past 1 week up to 1 month $350
Repeats after month for next month
2 dogs
$225 minimum per reservation (up to 1 week) for 2 dogs.

Not Permitted:
No puppies under 9 months old
The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid.
Rules While On Property:
Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
All dog walks must take defecate off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and past away from the property.
Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs, Assistance Animals or Service Animals.

Treasure Island is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches, making it the perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. Within a 5-minute drive, you can enjoy dinner overlooking the Gulf sunset at popular Caddy's on the Beach or sip island drinks overlooking the peaceful Intracoastal waterway at the Salty Rim Grill. The world-famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village, has been transformed into a shopping area, is just 2 miles away and home to a wide variety of shops, stores, restaurants, and bars. John's Pass Village has something for everyone.
