1st floor studio condo on 62nd St in Ocean City, MD. Private pool, 1 block from beach. Kitchen, 1 bath, Direct TV. Queen Murphy bed and a twin pullout bed. 300 square feet. Sleeps 2 comfortably. Beach chairs and other amenities included. Laundry facilities on premises. Adult (over 25) guests only. Guests are responsible to clean the unit upon departure. Cleaning supplies will be in the unit. Check in is 4:00PM on Sunday; Check out is 11:00AM on Saturday. You will need to provide your email so we can send you a lease and a $500 refundable security deposit is also required.

Wonderful week in OC

The place is very well kept. Very nice and reasonably priced place for two adults and two small children if necessary. Only downside is that the room does not have a bedroom and the queen bed folds down in the living room with a love seat sleep sofa next to it. Not being in the room very often it worked out well for me. Nice swimming pool and not too far from midtown Ocean City. The owners are very nice and communicate very well when you have questions. Would definitely rent again.
