Disappointed

Just a few minutes of being at the property I was threatened to be fined and towed. The parking space available is not clearly marked and a motorcycle was next to the house. There was no washer, dryer, or AC. The listing shows all three which was why I made this chose. The unit is very hot. The fans provided were all very dirty and as a person with allergies I felt cheated. The coffee pot and coffee cabinet area was filthy. The price doesn't match the property at all. There are several housing units out back and packages were delivered on my porch for them. This property did not give specifics or a write up of rules. The phone number provided will go unanswered and only some questions will be answered via email. Water was off for a few hours and I missed an appointment. Lastly, the neighbors gave me an ear full about the parking situation which is an issue each time there is a new tenant. Thanks
