Don’t spend your hard earned cash on overpriced resorts, we are literally 15+ minutes away from everything… Disney theme parks, Sea World, Universal Studios & Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom & Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc.

The villa is located on the Eagle Pointe South community, just south of Hwy 192 and within 12-20 minutes drive of all the main attractions. Orlando International Airport is approx. a 25 min drive. The East and West coastlines are about a 90 minute drive away, as is the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral. There are more than 15 golf courses within a 20 minute drive, and an equestrian center is just a few minutes away.

We feel it is important for our guests to enjoy their stay in our villa as much as we do, ensuring it feels like a home away from home. We maintain the villa to a high standard and continuously upgrade and improve it, even adding extra items that guests have requested.

There is plenty of space in this large screened-in lanai, ideally for everybody relaxing in the sun while all can enjoy the pool.

Pool Heating is not included in the costs; however, if you want pool heating it's an extra $35/day (which will be added as an extra charge to your booking fees)

Our cleaning company policy provides all supplies; after that, if guests need more, then they are responsible to buy.
