Note6: There are Ring security cameras on exterior at front door, deck & backyard. Note7: While the property is very clean, the property owners have dogs, those with dog/pet allergies may want to reconsider staying at the property. Note8: Driveway is steep and during winter/snow months will require either a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle (otherwise, guests will have access to a snow shovel). Note9: Javelinas, Deer can be seen on the property; Bears have be seen within the community (bear brochure is in Welcome Book). Do not feed wild animals.
