Coqui is a newly renovated cliff side villa perched 50 feet above the brilliant blue waters of Pillsbury Sound overlooking St. Thomas. Named for the sound made by St. John’s softly chirping tree frogs, Coqui combines island charm and modern convenience into one perfect vacation home. Coqui offers every modern convenience including full air conditioning. The three plush bedroom suites are replete with imported Italian tile and richly burnished tropical hardwood, and each looks out on those spectacular vistas.

Located on the southwestern shore of the island, Coqui commands constant breezes with an incomparable 180 degree panoramic view that will take your breath away. Quiet and private, this beautiful home is within easy driving distance of Cruz Bay’s shopping, dining and nightlife options. It’s also only a short drive to the peerless beaches of the North Shore. After a day spent soaking up the sun, you’ll come home to Coqui content, ready to be lulled to sleep by the chirps of the tree frogs.

Spotless, professional and friendly management team, MAGICAL sunsets like we had never seen before, spacious, fabulous pool deck and pool, private and lush property, great road for long walks (hilly but not too hilly), close to town. We loved our almost two week stay here. It felt like home. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could need, the grill is big and nice, high end washer and dryer for laundry. We have stayed all over the island and you really cannot beat the quick drive into town and the markets. Thank you for hosting us, Coqui!!

Location is great, unbelievable view of the Saint James, STT, STX and beyond. The Villa itself was comfortable and had all the amenities, but was showing its age and was obviously a full time rental. Catered to was fantastic as they have been in our previous rentals, the rental process was flawless, greeter was awesome, and office was very responsive with any of our needs.

It was perfect for a family of 5 with teenagers and 1 college student. The home was very comfortable with many great amenities. We only had problems with getting the washing machine to work and just know the air conditioning in the master bedroom blows directly on your face when you are trying to sleep. But the air conditioning worked well in the master. We had to call about the living room air conditioner and they were prompt to get it cooling again. The pool was refreshing and we loved lounging on the floats while admiring the view. This was also a great location near many delicious restaurants, the visitor center, and beaches. Thank you for sharing this amazing property with us! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our family time together.

This house is absolutely beautiful! There were houses around us, but we couldn't see them through the trees. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location-close to everything. I didn't understand that the two downstairs bedrooms are not accessible through the inside of the house. It is set up kind of like a motel-they just have a door to outside. My kids are older, so it was fine. I felt like they were totally safe, but we just felt a little disconnected. The only thing they did in their rooms was sleep, so it wasn't a huge deal. However, if I had younger children, it wouldn't have worked.

The Catered to Staff was very helpful and professional. They even stored some personal items for us over the winter! Located close to Cruz Bay and easy access from Greater Cruz Bay Road. Some minor disappointments, which did not take away significantly from our vacation were that the icemaker in the fridge did not work last year or this year. Also, the outdoor grill is unreliable. TV use is complicated, but we were able to watch the Super Bowl, even though our team lost in the final seconds! Overall, a great vacation which we shared with another couple. We plan to come back next year!

The kitchen was well stocked and the master suite was very nice. There no place to put away clothes in the downstairs bedrooms. My friends lived out of their suitcases all week. The sliders in the living room needed to be cleaned inside and out. It was very touch to sit in the living room as the sun was going down. Dirty doors and sun don't go well together. All and all the house was nice. Well worth the money spent for a week away on the most beautiful island. Thank you for calling the day after we arrived to make sure all was well. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great spot for a sunset dip after a day of exploring the island - so many amazing places to spend time. Tips: Driving in from Cruz Bay, you will pass 2 grocery stores on the way to Coqui! Either can provide plenty of supplies to get you through the first few days. You'll want to explore some of the restaurants - every place we called was open to carry-out (and most were open for in-person seating, should you want that). We recommend a Jeep. The island has many steep hills, including the driveway to Coqui!We are already planning a return trip!

Relaxing Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very well suited for our family of 5.We highly recommend this property. Were worried about the downstairs bedrooms not having indoor access to the main floor living area - with kids age 17,14 & 12 - but the pool area and patio area were just natural extensions of the indoor area feeling protected and safe. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Restaurants were difficult to get into - so we prepped a lot of our meals and ordered takeout the rest of the time. Location is great. Close to town but in a completely high end residential area. We used the cooler and snorkel gear provided. Driveway is small and steep - but no match for the Jeep that we rented. (Highly recommend a Jeep) Get to your favorite beach before 9:00am to assure parking. The car barge between islands took 2 hours each way with waiting in line.
