This neighborhood provides the best of both worlds; the excitement and thrill of city life, with the convenience and accessibility of the suburbs. Rogers Park is known for its diversity, safe neighborhoods, and proximity to... pretty much everything!
What makes this property unique
This apartment is located in the basement of our single family home, with its own separate entrance and parking spot. Our living nearby means we are available to fix any issue in a timely manner, but we respect our guests privacy and do so only when asked.
