Why they chose this property
This property is beautifully situated on the North East shoreline which means more constant breeze from South and West for mosquito control. The Screen Porch protects you from the insects that come out in the evening. The sunsets are spectacular. The swimming area starts at about 3 feet deep at the dock and descends to 9 feet at the floating dock. Water is very clear and a lot of renters love to bring their snorkels to see the fish. There are numerous trails for hiking/biking right out your back door and a pristine trout-stocked pond just few hundred yards away with no development on it. Kayaks, Canoe and Paddleboat are provided.
