2 Bedroom Modern Flat with close to Public Transport and free off-street parking
Welcome to our Flat in Putney, Southwest London, in an ideal location for exploring London!
Firstly, our Flat is ideally located for your stay, a quick 3 minute walk to the East Putney Tube station, 10 minutes to the Putney Mainline station, and 15 minutes to the river and the Uber ferry. We also have 3 local Supermarkets (Sainsburys Local, Co-Op and Waitrose) within a 5 minute walk making self catering easier than ever!
Then the flat itself is a modern ground floor flat, with a large open lounge with a dining table for 4, Couch and Smart TV. Down the Hallway you will find our large master bathroom with a combination shower and bath. The Bath is our favourite as it is deeper than a normal bath allowing for an amazing soak if you're so inclined.
Opposite the Bathroom is the Full Kitchen with Fan Oven, Gas Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and a Washer/Dryer, as well as all the plates, utensils pots and pans you will need for your stay.
Further down the hall are the 2 bedrooms, located at the back of the property. The Master bedroom has a Queen sized Bed and en-suite (Toilet/Shower/Sink) with the 2nd bedroom having a double bed and a travel cot in the cupboard for our little guests.
The entire flat has double glazing, along with central heating and a smart Thermostat to keep you lovely and warm on those crisp winter days.

About the host

We have owned this flat for a long time. My wife was living here when we met and we went on to buy it. It was the flat where we bought both of our Children home to after they were born and we lived there until moving abroad in 2015. We still come back to London often and use it when we are there, but wanted to open it up so other people couple enjoy London as we did from here. We are overseas now, but the flat is managed by our good friend Phillipa who does an amazing job! We hope to welcome you to our (first) home soon!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property for a couple of reasons, firstly it is modern, light and airy, which is not always the case for London Flats. Secondly we just love the Location, easy access to the Tube and Mainline, the A3, lots of restaurants and the Putney High Street all within walking distance. And the best part is during Wimbledon we are only 10-15 minutes max away from the Tennis door to door!
What makes this property unique
London can be expensive to stay in, especially for families. The fact that you have a full Kitchen, within walking distance to the shops, easy access to the tube and public transport all makes this flat an easy place to explore London from, or a great base to work from for family events in the area.
