Nestled on the Kiley Ranch trail, this private guesthouse has a seperate entrance and lake views. Enjoy luxury finishes inside and beautiful skies, sunsets, and wildlife outside. Amenities include convenient trail, lake, and golf course access as well as a covered patio, washer/dryer, walk-in shower, WiFi, and smart TV. One king bed and one queen sofa bed comfortably sleep up to three guests.
The guesthouse is a private attached apartment with kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, spacious living area, and private patio. The guesthouse does not share any interior spaces with the main house. The guesthouse does share the walkway to the front door with the main house.
There is an interior door that connects the guest house to the main house. This door is locked from both sides.

The community is about 15 minutes to downtown Sparks, 20 minutes to downtown Reno and the airport, and 50 minutes to Lake Tahoe. There is ample street parking. The driveway is reserved for the main house residents.
