Enjoy all the new updates to the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo as well as the complex new pool, spa, elevators, painting and all the beautiful tropical flowers. No reviews past few years due to updating and condo was not on the rental market.

Beautiful first floor unit! right across the street from the beach! Naples Florida is considered by many as the crown jewel of Southwest Florida. Located on the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Naples offers visitors sun-drenched days, miles of white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options are endless. This first floor condo sits on the bay waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is just a short walk across the street to Vanderbilt Beach.

The Master Suite is large with king sized bed and slider door access to the lanai. The Master Bath has double sinks, shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The condo sleeps 6. A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, full bath, TVs with cable, internet access, screened in lanai with views of the bay waters, swimming pool, and pool side Jacuzzi completes all of the amenities this condo offers to make your vacation very comfortable and relaxing.

Gas grills are located pool side so guests may grill their favorite “catch” of the day. Fishing can be done off the dock in the bay waters, just steps away from the new pool/hot tub overlooking the bay. Many dolphins and manatees can be observed playing in the bay waters as well! Visitors will also enjoy a parking spot located in the covered garage area. The property’s grounds are well maintained with lush tropical gardens and palm trees.

Condo is fully stocked and we supply beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys.

We love staying at LaScala. The beach is right across the road, and the location is central to great shopping and restaurants. The condo is very accommodating, clean and well supplied. Check-in was a breeze and the information for the condo is simple and clear. We will be back.

Relaxing get-away

We loved the location and accessibility to whatever we wanted to do. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable furniture. One comment would be to check some of the kitchen utensils and cook/baking pieces. Many definitely need replacing. We used the pool area the most - but also liked the convenience of getting to the beach.

This condo was everything we hoped and more,! Great location, very helpful on-site support, we just loved it. We hope to return every year. Views are great and excellent proximity to beach, a totally wonderful experience.

Great Location

Another great stay at La Scala. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property, as always, was neat and clean. The dock, grill and grill area and elevator have all been updated. Very nice. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The pool and spa are a nice option if the weather is a little too cool for the beach. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Location, location!

Although this condo is a bit dated the owners are working on upgrades. The master bed needs replacing. When we arrived the Aircondtioning wasn’t working but the owner responded immediately and it was fixed by noon the next day. The location can’t be beat and the view from the patio is beautiful. It’s very spacious and comfortable.

Great Location

Great property and well kept. Location is perfect with the private beach access directly across the street. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning on the bay side patio and the sunset on the beach in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again we felt at home!!

Filthy carpet

Condo needs serious updates. Carpet was filthy...didn't want to walk on it. When the owner was contacted, she didn't reply for 3 weeks. She said that she wasn't aware that the carpet was dirty. Obviously, she doesn't check in on the condition of the condo.

Best of both worlds

The location was great. Such a nice place to stay, truly felt like a home away from home. My husband enjoyed being able to fish outback and we enjoyed the beach out front. Not to mention, the beautiful sunrises over the water in the back and famous sunsets at the beach in the front. Found a ton of great sea shells as well. Before we arrived we were a little concerned about the beach being across the street, but honestly we have walked more when we stayed at ocean front places. Highly recommend and thankful for a beautiful and wonderful vacation.

We had a great time at LaScala. The condo was exactly as described with everything you’ll need for your stay. Great Bay view and moments from the beach. Maria was super and made sure we had everything we needed. The two guest bedrooms were great for our children and grandchildren when they visited on the weekends. They loved the heated pool.

The condo was even better than I expected. It was very clean and well maintained. The view of the canal was great and boats went past frequently. The pool was clean and heated. The beach was across the street and down a walkway. Beautiful! The condo had plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen was well thought out and had all we needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner. Living room had new leather couch, love seat and chair. All were very comfortable. We will return.

This was an absolutely beautiful condo!!! Maria was wonderful! sent all necessary documents right out and everything was exactly as described!! The unit was extremely clean, spacious with beautiful views and everything was there for a beach vacation! The Lanai was large and comfortable - everything was perfect! we hope we are able to book this every year, as I cannot imagine staying anywhere else!

We go back every year

We have rented this unit multiple times. You will not find a better deal anywhere on Vanderbilt Beach. Price out a night at LaPlaya and then compare to this. Amazing, always clean and 250 steps to the beach. Love it and can't wait to go back

Lovely views and great location

This condo has lovely bay views and is right across the street from the Gulf in a great location. The building is quiet; the parking convenient, and the elevator handy. The condo is clean, comfortable and well furnished, The managers are responsive and accommodating. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and plan to return next year.

Fantastic location and property!

We had a wonderful time at Vanderbilt Beach. It was our first time so we were not sure what to expect. The location and property were better than we expected. We were so sad to leave. Maria was very easy to work with. We literally were on the beach within in 1 minute of walking out of the condo. We can't wait to come back!! Already planning our next vacation. The property is very well maintained and clean. I like that it only has 19 units, makes it quiet and peaceful.
