This apartment is new and simply stunning. Located just steps from the beautiful white sand beach, you will love this apartment. A first floor unit, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit is quite spacious, huge floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the private outdoor area. The master bedroom suite has outdoor access as well. The unit also has a large, shared pool on the ground floor.

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take a reading of the electric meter at the time of check-in and at the check-out and then calculate the energy cost based on consumption. If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows:
• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.
✸✸Airport Pick-up and Drop-off✸✸
We can provide a complimentary FREE airport pick-up service to guests staying at this property (up to 4 guests). This service must be booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is available until 7:00pm local time. We can also provide airport drop-off services as well (up to 4 guests) with an addition charge of $30 for the drop-off.
