The Space:
Welcome to our beautifully remodeled condominium at Sea Terrace, located on the second floor of a secured high-rise building at 8800 Coastal Highway in Ocean City, Maryland. This apartment offers stunning views and is perfect for families. Enjoy the following spaces:
* **Living Room:** Relax in this shared space featuring a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Enjoy entertainment with a Smart TV and cable access.
* **Semi-Private Den:** This shared space offers a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements.
* **Master Bedroom:** Retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV with cable.
* **Second Bedroom:** This bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, ideal for kids or other family members. A Smart TV with cable is also included.
* **Full Master Bathroom:** This private bathroom is fully equipped for your convenience.
* **Full Hallway Bathroom:** A second full bathroom is available for all guests.
Enjoy the convenience of in-unit washer and dryer, all bath towels, linens, and bedding. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and eating ware, plus a K-cup coffee maker. The community offers a heated pool (passes required & opening seasonally), and one guaranteed parking spot July through September, two spots from October to June (Memorial day to September requires additional fee).
Guest Access:
As a guest, you'll have access to the entire condo, including the private balcony with stunning ocean views. Enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. The community heated pool is available seasonally and requires a pass, included with one parking spot. You can also access the tennis court. This is a non-smoking building, and smoking is prohibited in all common areas.

Located in the heart of Ocean City at 88th Street, Sea Terrace offers unparalleled access to a variety of conveniences. Within a short 10-minute walk, you'll find essential shops like ACME Market, Royal Farms, 7-11, Roses, and a liquor store. For your daily needs or a bit of retail therapy, you can visit South Moon Under and Sunsations. When it comes to dining, you're spoiled for choice with popular Ocean City restaurants just a stone's throw away, including Rope Walk, Lombardi's, Layton's, Bull on the Beach, Blue Fish, Liquid Assets, Hobbit, and Hooked. And for a sweet treat, Beachin Treats ice cream is nearby. Enjoy the ease and accessibility of everything Ocean City has to offer, right at your doorstep.
Getting Around:
Public transportation is readily available, with bus stops located directly in front of the building for northbound travel. For southbound access to the renowned Ocean City Boardwalk, a short three-minute walk, utilizing crosswalks, is required. There is free parking on the street. The address is 8800 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, Maryland 21842, United States. This is a second floor apartment in a condominium.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that Sea Terrace is a non-smoking/vaping building, and smoking is prohibited in all areas including outdoor common areas. Parking and resort fees vary. From October 1st to Memorial Day, there are no fees. From Memorial Day to September 30th, a $10 per day resort fee applies, which includes one parking pass and pool access. Additional parking passes are available for $10 per night, subject to availability. The pool is scheduled to be open from Memorial day weekend through September, from 9 AM to 7 PM, Please be aware that these resort fee rates and operating dates and times of pool are subject to change by the Homeowners Association.
