Come and enjoy our home... located in a secluded, quiet oasis in Palm Springs with over 1800 square feet of living space with large rooms. It is a very bright, spacious, well kept, fully outfitted and furnished 2 bedroom + den single floor house in a gated property with 24 hour security right in the heart of Palm Springs.

The generous master bedroom welcomes you with a king bed, a flat screen TV, 2 large closets and a large en-suite bathroom with his/her sinks and separate shower and tub. The large 2nd bedroom contains a king bed (can be converted to 2 twins) with an adjoining en-suite bathroom with full shower.

Enjoy your own 50" 4K UHD TV with soundbar in the Den just off the dining and living room. Use the working desk in the Den with WI-FI for your computer, streaming and gaming needs. California shutters run across the back windows and sliding doors in the living room leading out to the private patio with relaxing mountain, garden and pool views. The bright and well-lit living room has a wet bar for your entertaining needs. The fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable cork flooring has a back door that also leads to the south facing patio garden and Weber gas BBQ. This beautiful property contains vaulted ceilings and skylights in 3 rooms which gives it a wonderful overall light and airy feeling.

Our gated community, with a unique 24hr security guarded gate near downtown Palm Springs, is a scenic property with gorgeous desert landscaping, mature trees (including citrus) and beautiful mountain views. The condo is located in the famed Deep Well neighborhood--home to many Hollywood stars of the past. Within our condo community there are heated swimming pools, Jacuzzis and tennis courts to enjoy.

***Provided for your use and enjoyment are both a mens and ladies golf club set as well as two tennis racquets and balls.

The airport is nearby, there are shops and restaurants close by and within walking distance, there are numerous hiking trails and bicycle paths right on the doorstep, and of course, multiple golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Downtown Palm Springs is only minutes away where you can enjoy the weekly street fair, local organic farmer's markets, casinos, shopping, art shows, theatre, museums and fine restaurants.

Such a beautiful property

Wow!! What a wonderful place. My wife and I came here and stayed 3 months while we worked at a local hospital. We cannot say enough about this beautiful place. Lorraine and Ron are absolutely amazing and very accommodating. We've stayed all over the world and have not met a better owner than Lorraine and Ron. This hidden treasure was perfect for us. It is very spacious, it has a very comfortable master bedroom/bathroom, beautiful and spacious living room, and we felt very safe here. There's a security guard as you come into the Deep Well Ranch, which was fantastic as my wife and I sometimes had different schedules. The pool and hot tub was right outside our door, which was very convenient. All the amenities were great here. Tennis courts were just a walk away. The neighbors are very friendly. You will not be disappointed with this property. One of the best we've come across. Thank you Lorraine and Ron for being so gracious and friendly. Hope we get to come back next year!! Great place to enjoy Palm Springs

What a wonderful home surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds in a very quite, well secured neighborhood. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine. Many mornings we sat on the patio, had our coffee, gazed at the blue sky framed by the palms and listened to the birds sing. We could pick our morning OJ right off the surrounding fruit trees. The heated pool and jacuzzi were right in the back yard. We took walks around the historic Deepwell neighborhood and checked out all the amazing desert architecture. Our stay was fantastic. Everything we wanted to do or see was a short drive away. Many thanks to Lorraine and Ron

Perfect Location in Deep Well Ranch

We loved our almost two month stay in this condo. The owners, Lorraine and Ron, were always so supportive and helpful, easily accessible by email or phone. The unit has several skylights, which bring lovely light deep into the home. Main windows face south, so there is sun all day long. The view of the mountains is spectacular. The unit has super comfy king beds and is appointed with everything you need, even a juicer. Lovely citrus is right outside the door, so you can make fresh juice daily. The furniture is comfy and supportive, done in a lovely pastel color scheme. We also drove, so we could take our bikes, and we rode almost every day, taking advantage of the perfect climate and the flat desert valley. The neighbors are also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Prefectly Located

We spent two months at this wonderful location. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The Kitchen is stocked with about anything you may need to stay in and cook. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were only a phone call or email away to help out with any issue or question that came up. The proximity to the pool was great as we were in it regularly. Everything you need from a shopping to Dining was nearby. The mountain views were incredible. The neighbors that we came in contact with were always friendly and helpful. We will very much miss spending time at this great location in Deepwell Ranch.

AN OASIS IN THE DESERT

We spent almost 2 months in this tastefully decorated, spacious & immaculate(1850 sf) condo, and yes we agree this gated community is a hidden treasure in the heart of the Deepwell Community. The complex is extremly quiet, well maintained & we always looked forward to our walks to the Smoke Tree Village & local restaurants. Post card views of surrounding mountains & outdoor pool area created a wonderful setting for our love of the outdoors.Owners were extremly gracious & responded quickly to any inquiries we had upon arrival.We were totally relaxed in this warm comfortable worry free holiday home away from home. We highly recommend this rental to those who are looking for a peaceful environment and excellent location. Many thanks L & R.

Serenity in the Desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, well lit condo. It had all the amenities required for a safe,worry-free get-away. The pool area was clean and welcoming; the water was great for an early morning swim and hot-tub experience. As palm trees gently swayed in the breeze, a feeling of serenity pervaded the region. The condo was close to many of the sights, sounds and experiences which we enjoy so much in the Palm Springs locale. Everyone, from the gate guards to the gardeners and the neighbors were courteous and friendly. All in all, a great place to stay!

Gorgeous home

This home will no longer be a secret! It is in a beautiful Palm Springs neighbourhood-quiet with breathtaking mountain views. We were greeted with the wonderful smell of citrus blossoms while walking your neighbourhood at night. Your home is beautifully decorated and is even more spacious than it appears in your pictures. We loved the elegance and comfort of your home. It is fully equipped with everything from wine glasses to cleaning supplies. The beds were so comfortable and the nights were quiet. The flat screen tv and stereo were used when we weren't out hiking or enjoying the many close attractions and restaurants in Palm Springs. The pool is about 20 feet from the back door and on many days it felt like it was a private pool! It was not busy at all even though the weather was hot. The few neighbours we did meet were very warm and welcoming. We look forward to returning next year.

Exquisite Home Away From Home

My wife and I would like to compliment you on your exquisite home. Thank you for making it available to us. We had the most amazing time and it was like living in a five star hotel. We enjoyed the complex; the lemon and grapefruit trees in your street became a breakfast staple for us. The mountain view from the back garden is magnificent and the air is clean and crisp. The house is extremely luxurious and comfortable however very easy to live in. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is nothing missing in the home - from kitchen equipment, linen, appliances to the wonderful stereo system and TV. As a bonus we met lovely people every afternoon at the pool who permanently live in the complex. Your listing description and photos accurately reflect the magnificent home. We highly recommend your home to anyone lucky enough to rent it from you and would love to rent it again next year.

We love to golf and the Palm Springs area is by far a premier destination for golf...you can't get much better. We also enjoy hiking, swimming, tennis and fine dining when we stay in the area.
