Amazing property, great location!

We stayed here for spring break, and really enjoyed the house, the yard, and the location. It was very clean and modern and we had no complaints.

Beautiful place in great location!

Gorgeous, well-done home with room for all of our three generation family to stay comfortably. Generously sized rooms, extremely clean everywhere, with every detail taken care of. Well worth the price, with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Dog loved it too

It was great to have a fully fenced yard for the dog to safely roam around. She also liked sitting by the french door to watch the squirrels. We all liked the easy walk to both downtown and Bidwell Park.

Amazing stay

Everything we needed

We were so comfy in this house. The beds and bedding were lovely. The large well-stocked kitchen was awesome. Laundry room was a bonus, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Great stay, would definitely come back.

Great property for families!

This was a wonderful property. Definitely consider it for graduations or weddings. It is so beautiful and well cared for, quite spacious, and equipped to handle a crowd. Very, very clean and really nice kitchen and bathrooms - a must for me. We didn't elect to enjoy the beautiful yard and fire pit (TOO CUTE), we just stayed busy doing other things but make time for a family night out there. Book this for any upcoming events in Chico. It is really convenient to campus and downtown.

Cute Comfortable Home

We loved our visit and would definitely like to stay here again. The house was lovely inside and out. Everything was clean, the check-in and check-out process were both super easy. We loved the location and being able to walk to the farmers market and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Great visit to Chico to visit our daughter

Wonderful home with comfy beds and nice outdoor shaded sitting area. Fenced in - great for pets. Quiet neighborhood and close proximity to downtown. Would stay here again for sure!

The perfect spot!

We rented this home as headquarters for the bridesmaids for my wedding weekend. Julie was so communicative and helpful when we attempted an early check in. The house was so clean and ready for our arrival. Minimal clean up measures upon check out which is always appreciated, especially the morning after our wedding. We will stay here again!

Pleasant Stay

The house is in a nice location. Everything was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. We weren’t here a lot, but we did enjoy breakfast and evening time here. And Bidwell park is amazing! We just did a short walk-through, but saw all that was available there, a few short minutes away.

Best Vrbo we’ve stayed in

The home is the most luxurious Vrbo we’ve stayed in & super close to everything. Inside and outside is beautiful, super clean, has the most comfortable beds, & a great outdoor area to relax with family & the dogs. We will book again when visiting Chico. Would 100%++ recommend!

Cute Comfy Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. They house is cozy and clean and has everything we needed. It was an absolute bonus that the property is pet friendly. The beds and linens were very nice and the whole family was very happy with our Christmas getaway. Great yard and the natural lighting in the house is amazing. Can not rave enough!

Outstanding clean home with great location!

We can't speak highly enough about how happy we were with our stay here. We were in town for a dog competition and are very finactical about cleanliness and where we stay. This place not only was very clean, but well thought out with care to ensure the stay was accommodating, filled with all the right amenities and cozy decor. The hosts really seem to care and take pride in what they are offering to people. Thank you, we will be back!

Comfy, well appointed home

Our family enjoyed our stay in this house. Pretty neighborhood and very quiet with little car traffic. Our dogs appreciated the fenced yard and the adults appreciated the fire pit and seating area. The kitchen is huge as is the refrigerator for stocking up on groceries. The whole house is updated and nicely decorated. Finally we appreciated being able to park in the garage.

Perfect location for a family visit

The house is laid out really well. The yard and sitting area was perfect for relaxing at night or daytime. Resturant and stores are super close. This is a perfect family vacation home. There are fans in every room. There are no TV’s in the bedrooms. They were not missed. We sat by the fire pit and enjoyed conversation instead. The owner was available for all our questions. We will definitely be back.

Good Living in Chico - 5 Stars!

This fine property is a welcoming abode in a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood in Chico. My Wife and I really enjoyed our stay, as did our lazy English black lab. The house was very clean and fresh. There were absolutely NO pet smells to bother our Dog, despite being a pet-friendly listing. We appreciated the smart floor plan/flow and the well-stocked kitchen (pots/pans and utensils) and also the spacious dining - family room area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were appealing, and we loved how hardwood floors and tile are part of layout, reducing smells and debris since property is pet-friendly. Lastly, the Host is super helpful and proactive in welcoming and preparing guests for check-in and check-out. Should we visit the greater Chico area again, this house is our first choice for sure. 5 stars!
