House was clean and the Fish were biting!

We enjoyed our stay. The house does need some updating but overall was ok. The dock was nerve racking as there are parts that are soft and scary to step on. The back yard gate did not latch. Checking in was a challenge bc the gate code did not work but once we had the gate pass it was much easier to come and go! The location was 30 minutes from town which wasn’t ideal but we did enjoy fishing and the house was clean!

Lake Getaway

Overall we had a great time. Everything was described perfectly. If I had any negative it would be the far bedroom stayed very warm. We enjoyed being steps from the lake.

Relaxation on Lake Catherine

This was our family's second time staying at Jackie's property, and we have enjoyed staying there each time! The house is in a great location on Lake Catherine and had everything we needed for us to be able to relax and enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others who are visiting the area.

Nice gated neighborhood and lake view

Nice stay and quick communication with owner. Things were a little outdated like carpet in the bathroom, but everything still felt clean and that’s the most important thing!

Neglected property

Unfortunately, property really needs some TLC and is clearly missing oversight. When we arrived, the floor of the property was visibly dirty… we were told the cleaners were in a car wreck and did not do a thorough cleaning… but you can clearly see that this dirt has accumulate over time… the pullout couch was broken and the air mattress pump did not work. We contacted the owner the next morning and were told he knew of the issue already and would bring the mattress later that day… why wait to fix if you know it’s broken? The code and instructions for check in were not provided until just a couple of hours before arrival after we followed up twice. Property has a lot of potential but needs attention.
