There is plenty of space in this 1550 square foot condo to make amazing Family BEACH Vacation memories. The best part is you are just steps from the beach and Unit 501 comes with FREE beach chair service seasonally March through October! Pelican Walk 501 is an end unit condo close to the East side elevator. The kitchen is state of the art and well equipped to cook family meals with a full size washer & dryer and pantry. Pelican Walk 501 sleeps 8 guests in beds! There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a private balcony and view of the ocean. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and Bedroom #3 has two queen beds. There are two bathrooms that are both beautifully renovated with custom tile showers and granite vanities. Bathrooms adjoin the primary bedroom and Bedroom #3.

Pelican Walk is located on the less congested East end of PCB on Thomas Drive. When you want to get out and about, you are within 2 miles of Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Schooner's, Captain Anderson’s, and St. Andrew’s State Park.
