About this property
Greenbrier Getaway 2: Mins from Bike Trail w/Fenced Yard, Firepit; Dogs OK
Make Greenbrier Getaway your outdoor-recreation headquarters, where skiing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, hunting, fishing, and more are close at hand – and you can bring your dog. With a fenced yard, cornhole, board games, firepit, and countless outdoor-adventure opportunities beyond the cottage, every family member will find something fun to do. Walk to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is here, and you’ll love the strong cell and Wi-Fi service, single-level layout, and king bed.
Access Greenbrier Getaway conveniently via keyless entry and step into the cozy and inviting living room. Relax on comfy seating. Play supplied board games or enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 50" smart TV, accessing host-provided Sling or using your own log-ins to watch other popular streaming channels.
Steps away, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave – and a handy assortment of small appliances – blender, hand mixer, air fryer, toaster, and crockpot. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. The kitchen’s pass-through window into the living room adds to the openness and enables cooks to be part of the action going on in the living room.
Grab your morning hot beverage from the coffee and tea bar with pod-style coffeemaker – plus pods, electric tea pot, and coffee/tea supplies. You’ll find several sweet spots to sit and sip your beverage – breakfast bar, side porch with seating and coffee table, glider – also with coffee table – or bistro table for two on the front porch, where you can sit and watch the world go by.
Dine at the kitchen table for two, supplemented by barstools on both sides of the pass-through window.
Play cornhole in the fenced backyard, where kiddos and doggos will enjoy romping. In the evening, laugh, tell stories, and make memories around the firepit with Adirondack chairs.
After a full day of biking or hiking on the nearby Greenbrier Trail, exploring everything the Marlinton area has to offer, or just hanging out and relaxing at Greenbrier Getaway, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of two bedrooms.
In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a king bed with sumptuous linens and pillows, plus a memory-foam mattress and sconce lights on the headboard for reading. Lull yourself to sleep with the 42" smart TV. You’ll have a dresser, luggage rack, and closet for storage. You can conveniently control the temperature with the room’s own minisplit unit.
Discover Bedroom 2, with twin beds and dresser and closet for storage.
The living-room sofa folds out into a full-size bed with memory-foam mattress to accommodate additional sleeping needs.
