Owner was super accommodating with my requests and tried working around an issue I had when my car broke down. I love that you could walk to the beach and shops. I’ll be back!
Being a parent to a kid that goes to multiple hockey camps it can be very expensive. This Studio Sanders small unit was perfect price and location for our week long stay in Coeur d'alene to attend Wayne Gretzky camp.
Super Clean and neat, located near many fun lake sites we could bike to, nicely air conditioned and had just the right amenities needed for our stay. Only one down side, with only a two burner cooking device I wish the BBQ was better maintained in order to use. Someone('s) prior left it a wreck. I do not mind purchasing propane but not cleaning someones mess.
Don't let the old building fool you. Its the perfect package for 2-3 persons who are there to enjoy and be living it up in the beautiful area not hanging in a house! Plus we loved seeing the meandering wild rabbits and deer in the evening on our bike rides!! We would definitely stay again.

Has potential but pretty rough
Property was very difficult to get to due to every road being closed atound it. We had to figure out which alley would get us there. A heads up from the owner about how to actually get to the house would have been helpful. So much road work was going on we were woken by heavy equipment directly in front of the house, would be a busy road otherwise, so not sure which is worse. We were blocked in every morning and had to talk construction workers into moving various machinary to leave the property.
TV wouldnt turn on, propery mamager came over, didnt turn his show off on his phone so had something blasting from his pocket while he was there. He changed the battery in the remote, which i said was likely the problem, but he decided to act like i was an idiot and told me all i had to do was push the power button, mind you after the battery was changed. Weird how that works.
The ladder to the loft is super rickity (sp?), I'm 165lbs and the ladder wobbled and creaked, I was truly expecting it to give out at any time.
There were no chairs inside, outside was dirty, not just all the construction dirt, but cigarette butts, garbage, all the window screens piled up, not swept.
The cozy couch pictured has been replaced by a broken futon. My mom weighs 150 and it was cracking and settling as if it was going to break at any time.
I know the road work is out of their control but many other factors left this an extremely disappointing stay. We left a day early due to the conditions.
