COZY :)

The condo was more than clean, it sparkled! It is a very cozy environment. The kitchen was fabulous to cook in.... which mine at home was as elegant!Loved all the space. The location was perfect for the activities we were doing. Easy access to the snowmobiling and cross country skiing we did. If I'm back up to Grand Lake in the future, I will definitely stay here again.p.s.My friend that stayed in the guest room did mention the mattress needs to be switched out. :/

The perfect condo

We love going to Grand Lake and this is the best place we have stayed at! The condo is spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well stocked! Loved this location!

Stayed here with my 4 daughters and it was amazing! The property is very clean and has everything you will need! Kitchen is stocked and even has cleaning supplies. The condo is perfectly laid out and the balcony has a beautiful view! The little town of Grand Lake has our hearts now and we will be back! The owners are so responsive and willing to help with anything. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven!

The PERFECT spot in Grand Lake

Absolutely loved our stay here? The location couldn't be any better, and the property was top notch. Very spacious, comfortable, exactly as advertised. Hosts were very responsive, check in was a breeze. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful spacious condo

My husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law spent 2 nights in Grand Lake in early September when we drove them up for a wedding. We were thrilled with our condo for many reasons including how spacious, spotless and comfortable it was. The location was very convenient to both the lake and the town and I especially appreciated the elevator as my arthritic knee would have made stairs very difficult. Our host Michael was a pleasure to work with as he was both responsive and flexible. My only recommendation would be to have a small step stool available for those of us who are vertically challenged. I would definitely book here again for what I hope would be a longer stay when I am better able to get around and explore! earlySeptembwhedrove them up for a wedding

Great Condo downtown Grand Lake

This condo is perfectly located. Easy walk to the lake, on the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again.

This is the place to stay in Grand Lake - It is a home away from home

We have been coming to Grand Lake for over 40 years. This is the best place we have stayed. The condo is large, comfortable, nicely decorated and well furnished. There is a complete kitchen with all cooking gear. The balcony overlooking the mountains is addictive. Reserved parking is included and there are good elevators. The location is perfect in the middle of town. Another wonderful feature is a popular coffee, breakfast and lunch place next door. Maybe the best reuben ever, etc. There is also a nice plaza along Main Street. Owners are very accessible. It will definitely be our choice in the future.

Great space in a wonderful place!

The property is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owners were excellent communicators and they have set up the unit with a great attention to details, such as a wagon in the parking area to aid getting gear up to the unit. The location is great! Wonderful views from the deck; close to everything in Grand Lake.

The Perfect Getaway

The hosts were amazing! They communicated frequently and were very thorough. This place is in a perfect location and was very comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. It looks nice in the photos, but it’s even nicer and more spacious in person. We had an amazing week here and appreciate the hosts sharing their home. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Family Getaway

This is probably one of the nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Everything is so well done from bedroom /bathroom linens to how well the kitchen was supplied. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't at the property. We always come prepared with basic kitchen supplies but we really could have come without them. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you Michael and Beth for a great experience.

What a beautiful property in an beautiful location! Hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. The property was immaculate and right in the middle of town in easy walking distance to everything including the lake, hiking trails and so many shops! Coffee shop down stairs was a bonus!

Perfect home for a hiking get away

This home was simply perfect for our hiking vacation. The property was immaculate, well stocked, comfortable, inviting, peaceful and conveniently close to several trailheads. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they thoughtfully provided a link that listed everything we needed to know including the best ice cream locations. Above and Beyond

The communication with the hosts is the best I've had of any vrbo. I honesty think this is the most contemporary stay in Grand Lake. Great smart TVs in each room. Great water pressure in the showers. Kitchen and washroom room appliances were all probably within the last 4 years. Plenty of room to host we easily could have hosted 10 for dinner from our other guests. - 4 at the island, 6 around the dinner table. I really appreciated that the gas grill was connected inline so you were not worried about propane. 3rd floor location, but the stairs were easy. Very easy key code door. Easy parking in the middle of town so coffee or any meal was simple enough to get to with a walk. The owners communicated early on so I could make some reservations. They checked a few times during our stay as well.

Heaven in the Rockies

We had an amazing time in this wonderful place. Everything involved was seamless. The condo was amazing, quiet, clean, and welcoming. I know Grand Lake isn’t really a big secret, but this place was right on the Boardwalk, walking distance to everything, including the Lake. I can’t wait to go back. You can’t find a nicer host couple than Michael and Beth. They were so kind and considerate the entire week we were there. Thank you!
