Perfect place

We drove in from out of down and then picked up family at DFW for early Thanksgiving in Anna. Perfect place for a family. Appreciated the booster seat that was provided. Great experience for all.

A Great 2-Week Stay

Clean, and nicely decorated. Well stocked with everything you could need! Plenty of kitchen pots and pans for cooking and even some spices. Table seats 6. I loved being able to do laundry and laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided. It was also a bonus having 2-1/2 baths. Would highly recommend the Oaks on Amsden. Five star stay!

Coming Home

I’m from Texoma area and came back to celebrate my mom turning 80. We booked this house and it was very accommodating for our needs. From the special touches of having coffee pods available for the mornings. The overall house had a cozy feeling and allowed us to relax and visit with family during our stay.

Girls’ Weekend

We adored this charming home! The space was perfect for our girls’ weekend! We appreciated the lovely decor and even a pretty Christmas tree in the living area! The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were cozy. We loved how close we were to downtown Denison and enjoyed shopping. The owners were wonderful about communication and recommendations during our stay. We would most definitely stay again for another weekend away!

Sisters Wedding

We arrived at the house late at night and they had left the lights on for us so we could see to get in and weren't walking in to a dark house. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and very cozy. I would not suggest going up Willow Grove Rd since it seems to be like driving up a washed out alley. After we found our alternate route, we had no troubles. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again if we were ever in the area again.

Fantastic!

Our family loved the Oaks! Upon arrival, the house was nice and cool which was great for getting out of the Texas heat. It was pretty easy to find and located on a quiet street. The only issue we had was Google maps telling us to go up a gravel road through what seemed like backyards. That is no fault of the owners though. We were able to quickly figure a different route. They have every amenity you could think of. It truly felt like a home away from home! We will definitely be looking to book when we make our way to Denison again. Thank you!

Amazing House

This is an incredible property, and my family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to get to, and in a quiet and inviting neighborhood. The whole process from checkin to checkout was very straightforward, and we didn't have any issues at all. The house itself is great; it was very warm and inviting, and was spacious enough for all of us. All the amenities were great, and everything we needed was available. It was close to the highway as well, making trips to Sherman and Denison a breeze. Would definitely recommend staying here, as we will be the next time we're in town.
