Wonderful Spot!

We had a great stay at the Goldfinch. The house is spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable, and the land is beautiful. We especially loved swimming in pond! Host Tony was easy to reach and responsive.

Beautiful

Beautiful old home, charm and gorgeous property. Be ready to be very remote. Owner is very nice and accommodating! Price is very reasonable for the size and charm of the home. Love the upgraded kitchen.

Beautiful setting and home

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property. Home was very nice and clean. Beautiful property (Ponds, apple trees, swings, sunrises) and we loved the remote location along the backroads. Wi-FI was great if you needed to stay in touch. Tony was super easy to work with and very accommodating. House was very nicely furnished with more than what we expected. —Stuart

Joyous Vacation

We spent a joyous two weeks at the Goldfinch. Tony and Tanit are the most wonderful, gracious, helpful hosts that one can imagine. They have left no stone unturned in outfitting the Goldfinch. The location deep in the hills, along gravel roads, ensures an escape from city life. The farm house is supplied with everything that one could possibly need down to superior organic coffee, an assortment of teas for every palette, and a gourmet kitchen. The fresh water pond behind the house is a swimmer's dream. The vistas from the many trails and rolling hills on the property, and from the surrounding mountains in the area, will stay in our mind's eye for a long time. There is no greater relaxation than swaying on the 3-person swing under the apple trees that faces the pond, accompanied only by monarch butterflies resting on the reeds, and birds chirping all around.
