Hood #12 is a popular and perfect destination for multi-family get-aways of up to 14 guests!



Relax in style after a long day of skiing, biking, or swimming in the hot tub or while watching your favorite movie on the 60 inch flat screen TV. You'll then sleep soundly atop one of the two brand NEW King beds ( Jan 2019) , one Queen, two Twins, two sets of bunks, or Queen sofa sleeper located in the bonus room.



Entertain via the fully stocked kitchen while overlooking the vaulted dining and living rooms that include another flat screen TV, Blue Ray player, an MP3/CD stereo player and a rock fireplace to warm up by with those favorite people in your life!



Additional comforts that make Mt. Hood #12 that special Sunriver vacation home include: a relaxing jetted tub in the main floor master, a foosball table in the bonus room, outdoor grilling and meals using the gas BBQ and deck furniture surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Family staycation

Overall the house is great, the space is great but the house needs some maintenance two of the toilets need new parts to flush or not run constantly. Having the sharc passes was awesome to take the family swimming and the game room was awesome for the kids

Great Location

The house is in a lovely location and has many usable bikes in the garage. The layout and furniture of the home is great. My only criticism is that the bedding (pillows, comforters) are thin and old and there are no beach towels. Also the kitchen is very barren with few usable pots and pans.

Clean home, perfect location. We all had our own space, enough room in the house. Perfect place!

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of bikes to use, sharc passes, game room. The layout of the home was perfect. There were 10 of us and we all felt there was plenty of room and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again!

Family Annual Trip

Our family of 13 stayed here in June. The house was very comfortable for us all. Equipped nicely and location was great. Also very convenient that they had bikes available for the family. The whole family agreed that they would all love to go back

Family reunion

The property is in a great location, we were able to use the bikes on various walks and bike rides. We really enjoyed the openness of the living room, dinning and kitchen. The only thing was TVs had a a hard time connecting to the internet, which wasn’t terrible because we really wanted to limit tv watching but if you are looking forward to watching movies or a game that my be a problem. Overall it was clean, welcoming and a great experience.

Perfect for our family!

Great location—close to a SHARC and the Village. Our family loved having a variety of bikes available to use and the SHARC passes! A/C was an added bonus since we had some hot days. When the A/C wasn’t working properly, someone came out quickly to repair, which we appreciated. It was so easy to contact and communicate when the property managers. Thank you for a great house for our family vacation!

There were nine players and two coaches - and more than enough space and beds to go around. The house is beautiful, very comfortable accommodations. Great variety of pots, pans, plates, silverware - was pretty much like cooking at home. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Floor Plan for extended family

The space was perfect for four generations attending a memorial service . Kitchen is a bit tired and we had to buy a sponge and a few light bulbs. Broom barely usable
