The Vibe on Lake Hamilton - 2 BR/2BA with a boat slip.

Lake front, ground floor(no stairs!!),private boat slip. 2B/2B sleeps 5. All new furnishings and updates, this space is beautiful and cozy. French doors that open out on to the lake!! Completely refurbished and updated in 2023. Boat slip included with rental. Sleeps 5 people. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and endless lake views. Right off Central Ave in the popular 7 south area. This waterfront, ground level property is in a small, quiet community with gated access. As soon as you step in the door you will see the breathtaking views of the lake. There is a large covered back porch for grilling(electric grill provided) relaxing and easy lake access. Non smoking, and no pets allowed. No charcoal grilling ,open flames or fireworks allowed.

2 King sized beds that will sleep 4 adults, rollaway bed that will sleep 1 adult(located in guest closet with fresh linens). Memory foam bed on master, and Serta mattress on guest bed- both are SO comfortable. Noise machines, extra pillows, luxurious bedding and linens. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen! Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric teapot, air fryer, blender, outdoor electric grill are just some of the items to enjoy! If you prefer eating out you are close to many restaurants and not far from downtown!

Two covered parking spots right outside front door, guest parking available in designated spots.Keyless entry using a smart lock. All new furnishings, full size washer and dryer, complimentary WIFI, 2 smart TV's.

Guest can enjoy water activities such as renting a boat , or bring your own. Kayak rentals are available nearby. Grab a raft and jump in the lake! Fish from the sea wall. Take a dip in the community pool if you want a break from the lake. Beach towels provided.

So whether you come to Hot Springs for relaxation or adventure, there is truly something for everyone! The Vibe is convenient to restaurants, shopping, hiking and many other attractions. Visit the historic Bathhouse Row in downtown, hike or bike the majestic trails around Hot Springs National Park, wander around Garven Gardens, discover Magic Springs Water Spring or take a chance at Oaklawn Racing & Casino.

45th Birthday Party

We stayed at this property for 2 days celebrating my birthday. The Vibe and property was amazing. When you walked in you felt like you were on vacation for sure and the decor was immaculate. Watching the lake view at night and in the morning was so peaceful. Such great hosts. This is definitely my go to when I go to hot springs from here on out.

We had a great time at this condo. Our family of four had traveled to see Hot Springs National Park. The patio on the lake was wonderful and there are excellent amenities inside the condo too. Hope to visit again!

Annual trip to Hot Springs

We have stayed in many properties over the course of more than 25 years. This condo rates the highest of them all. It is full of amenities, everything looks new and with an amazing attention to detail. I cannot think of anything this condo is lacking. Plus everything is so darn cute!

We had such a great time at The Vibe! Everything was so clean, the decor was cool and unique and just made for a relaxing environment and a great VIBE!! The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and thought of everything. The unit was well appointed and well-stocked w/everything needed to have a relaxing and worry-free stay. We have spent the last 25 years in Louisiana but come back to visit family in Arkansas on a regular basis. Why they chose this property

This property is in the very desirable 7 south area of Lake Hamilton. It is located in a cove and on the ground floor. This condo has a designated boat slip! We have decorated it with all new furnishings along with some vintage pieces, new paint, new light fixtures, new fans, new linens... the record collection is so fun! Play your favorite record on the record player or try your hand at a game of Pac Man. There is a coffee bar, tea station and a wet bar! The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a great meal. The back porch opens right out to the lake. There is an electric grill and a dining table on the back porch too. Come make some memories and enjoy the laid back living at The Vibe on Lake Hamilton!
