The Space:
In 2022, this island cottage underwent a complete renovation where it was was stripped down to its bones and redesigned with stylish finishes and décor that echo the natural elements of the island. The home was fully refinished with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful front and back porches, and a bright and airy bathroom with a custom bathtub and shower.

This cottage offer guests a spacious retreat to recharge at the end of a long day on the water. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and king-sized bed, and the bunk room has large sets of bunk beds that offer a cozy space to retire in for the night.

In the morning have coffee on the front porch and in the afternoon grill out on your oversized back patio. There is no more peaceful location on the island than here at cottage in the village.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must be 21 to book and all the guests must also be 21 or over unless accompanied with a parent. Two dogs max under 75 lbs without prior approval. Please no cats. You will need to use your subscriptions like Netflix etc. for the TVs and there are also plenty of free channels! Local free channels are not provided.
