Come and enjoy Island Time in this beautiful 3 bedroom home with an amazing heated pool. This home has a large master bedroom with an incredible master bath including a soaking tub, walk in shower, his and her sinks and a vanity to make you feel right at home. Both guest rooms include queen beds, the living room and bonus room both have queen sized sofa beds. Fully stocked kitchen with two islands to cook up some freshly caught fish! Our community, Manatee Bay includes a boat ramp for easy drop in for your boat or kayaks. Lounge under the sun pool side or cool off in the pool over looking the canal. Come see what the Island life is all about! Property is non-smoking. Parties are not permitted. Community has quiet hours from10:00PM to 8:00AM.
