Lake views from the house to sit and enjoy. Nearby hiking trails for nature therapy. Downtown Branford only a couple of miles away has all the charm one would expect of a New England town. Yale and downtown New Haven just a short drive to experience world class dining, events, history and adventure.
We have chickens, dogs and cats on the property. They are friendly but will stay out of your way after a quick hello.

Hello! We are a fun, active family. Our son plays sports so we are up early and usually out til after dinner time cheering him on, so the house is left to you! We love animals and the outdoors. Our home is our happy place, a refuge from the busyness of the world and we look forward to sharing it with you. We have begun investing in homes to offer as vacation rentals. Why they chose this property
This is our primary residence and we have a spare bedroom so thought we'd start our vacation rental business now while we build up more options.
What makes this property unique
We have a large fenced in yard (almost 1 acre!) for your pet's to run and play. We offer pet sitting/dog walking and grooming services (if available) as that is our 9-5 business.
