Lovely home in the cooler weather away from the valley! Great stay and a great home. Creekside home with fantastic views only a short distance from the city. The grounds are great for exploring or just sitting and relaxing. Peacefully welcoming stay and so happy to have had the opportunity to stay in this home... We will return. Thank you!
The property was pristine from the time we got there to the time we left. The sound of the water flowing in the back was exactly what we needed for a recharge. The property manager was super polite and was very easy to talk to. We are already discussing another visit in a few weeks.
This was a great place to get away from the fast-paced city life. Beautiful area with a lot of stars at night. Would have loved to spend more days there. Can highly recommend staying there is you want peace and quiet. We wanted trees and the sounds of a river, and it was just wonderful.
When you get here, the views are amazing, especially with that river. Very clean property! We loved it here. Our accommodations were way more than adequate. It's very cozy here too! Would love to be back here again!
My family and I had a terrible experience here. Just so you know, this place is NOTHING like the title says. You’re basically in a loud fourplex neighborhood that happens to be backed up to the trees and a tiny creek. That’s it. You get none of the peace. You get none of the quiet. Oh and to add on to that, you get dog feces everywhere outside for your kids to play with, you get live worms wriggling in your toilet, you get dusty/sticky countertops, you get dead bugs everywhere, you get vent fans falling from the ceiling, AND you get all the neighbors connected AND disconnected to you invading your privacy by walking into your area, sharing the tiny creek, dogs barking at all hours, and by operating heavy machinery at 5 am. This place really isn’t what you’re looking for if you’re really looking for peace and quiet. We couldn’t even stay there our entire time, it was so disappointing. We didn’t even stay a full 24 hrs before WANTING to drive back home. Communication from the owner was, well, also disappointing. Customer service was awful. They refused to give me even a partial refund because they claimed I didn’t give them a chance to intrude on our weekend and get a crew of people in the house to fix all the wrongs we had found and then radio silence. All of these things should have been taken care of PRIOR to guests moving in, not during their stay. I cannot recommend spending your hard earned money on this place because in this economy, every dollar counts. Beware. Beware.
This was our first time booking through VRBO and it couldn’t have been a better experience. This property is the perfect mix of close enough to town and far enough away. We had access to grocery stores on the in but could disconnect and enjoy the woods once at the property. The neighborhood is a perfect little town with great neighbors. Will 100% be back!
The property was perfect for our purpose of getting away for a couple of days to relax and spend quality time with our adult children. Nice size for 4 people and a medium sized dog. Quiet surroundings not too far outside of Payson with all of the amenities we needed or wanted during our stay.
The unit was perfect! It had every thing we needed, and then some! Very clean and perfect location by the river for my son to fish all day. Definitely coming back!
The property was quaint and comfortable with all the comforts of home. It was amazing to be able to walk to the stream and hear the soothing sound of it at night. So relaxing. The scenery was gorgeous and the sky was bright with stars.
We loved every minute of our visit!
We greatly enjoyed our stay.
The bedding was so soft and comfy, good pillows. We could not savvy tv but Netflix worked well with our technology savvy. We did enjoy two movies.
We could not get the water to come out of the shower head. But the bath was nice we were in no rush to get anywhere!!
I’m so glad we got the #4 duplex with the super huge patio!!. Thanks!!😍
It was a good time with treasured memories. Keep up the good hosting❣️❣️🌻

Super cute, clean and perfect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked. Our kids loved the river for crawfishing and the park to play on. Absolutely perfect escape from the Phoenix heat. Only downside is the listing is actually 4 units and you get a variable selection unit vs being able to book a specific unit. We had unit 4 and I will definitely be back!
The cabin was nice and clean and well furnished , cooked a complete holiday meal . Outside property was nice with a good view of the creek. Only complaint or disappointment I had was no real fireplace. The ad is not specific that it is an electric fireplace. Other than that.. 2 thumbs up ..
