All bathrooms and kitchen have custom touches, stainless steel appliances, island in the kitchen as well as eating/bar area. This home also features a great room and a slate tiled fireplace. Other features include front porch and back screened-in porch. Short drive to Assateague Island National Seashore and Ocean City. The famous Ocean City boardwalk is 11.4 miles away.

Nice house but could be cleaner

Great house but over all cleaning needed for refrigerator, table and counters and rug. No vacuum.

Horrible Experience- Filthy House

I booked this property for a family retreat of 9 people, Cynthia stated it was 1 person after i sent her an email clarifying there would be 9 adults. This property is not as pictured! Property manager stated the cleaning people had just left the property before our arrival, however upon our arrival it was clear the house had not been cleaned. Dirty laundry left at front door, kitchen counters dirty and sticky, frying pans in cabinet were greasey, broken mirror in bonus room, porch was extremely dirty with cobwebs and dirty chairs that we had to clean ourselves, sunroom was dusty and dirty also had pieces of boards lying on floor. Dog hair on both porches. Sofa in living room needs to be cleaned. Bathrooms had not been cleaned, hair in tubs, bathroom shower heads in all bathrooms were disgusting and need to be cleaned, dirty bath rugs in bathrooms, cobwebs in corners. Hardwood floor in kitchen area had planks sticking up and poses a tripping hazzard. None of the beds had linens on then, when i notified property manager she sent the linen service to drop off the linens at 10:30pm. The cleaning people, only took out the trash, SMH! This house need a serious deep cleaning and updating. My siblings and I have stayed at many VRBO's and this was the worst experience we've ever had! Please use this review as a means to improve this house and guest experience.

OMG -- Wonderful

House is updated and in a GREAT area!! Very, very peaceful, relaxing, quiet -- great water views from upstairs bedrooms, not far from the action but a world away!! Very HGTV feel -- open design, huge master bath, comfortable beds -- had a wonderful time.
