Cozy Studio on Caribbean Sea
Enjoy the breathtaking private ocean view at Chrisanns Apt 22. This cozy air-conditioned studio condo getaway punches way above its weight with decor and amenities—updated with your comfort and convenience in mind. Complimentary amenities include a king-size luxury bed with bedside chargers, a 65" 4K TV with Bluetooth sound bar, private internet, cable TV, Amazon Prime movies, free landline local calls, and a work desk. Enjoy complimentary treats with the pool and ocean literally at your doorstep.
The unit is a privately owned non-smoking ground floor studio condo with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dinette area and comfortable king-size bed (not two twins pushed together). It also boasts a work desk, USB chargers for various mobile devices (conveniently attached to both nightstands), and a patio that is right beside the pool with awesome views of the Caribbean Sea. The lobby, lawn, gazebo, pool and private sea pool areas offer additional space for enjoyment. Our unit is the third one in from the lawn and sea pool area.
Location / Neighborhood:
Our unit is ideally located about 10 minutes from the town center of Ocho Rios in St. Ann, Jamaica (W.I.), and 15 minutes from various waterfalls (including Island Gully Falls a/k/a Blue Hole), river tubing on the nearby White River, and beaches (including Sugar Pot Beach, James Bond Beach and Marley Beach). Across the street, 5 minutes away or less walking, are a grocery store (Michael GL a/k/a June Supermarket), Marsh Restaurant (local cuisine takeout), Tower Restaurant and Bar (local cuisine), PG’s Italian Restaurant and the upscale Summerhouse Restaurant at Harmony Hall (Cosmopolitan cuisine). There is also an oceanfront eatery on the same side of the road as the condo, opposite Harmony Hall, called The Rocks Restaurant and Bar. Our condo is close to all the action you seek while offering the serenity you need!
Getting around:
There is ample parking on premises, and information for arranging charter taxi service is available upon request. There is also the option to use the regular taxi service (for about JD $150 per ride, equivalent to a US dollar cab) that runs the Main Street (a/k/a Route A3) in front of the condo complex to and from the market/tourist/adventure hub of Ocho Rios.

Norman Manley International Airport in Port Royal, Kingston (KIN): ~1 hr. 30 mins.

We are a fun-loving couple who discovered and and fell in love with this gem of a studio condo and its surroundings. With how hard and how much we work in our respective fields, it's great to retreat to this hideaway for a little R&R every now and then. Chrisanns is strategically situated in the vicinity of all that the North Coast Corridor is known for--excitement, adventure, entertainment; yet it is still removed enough to offer tranquility and a respite from the "hustle and bustle". Its immediate de-stressing effect is pure magic!
