Welcome to Highland Park House. This great southeast side location offers close proximity(10-15 minutes) to the San Antonio Riverwalk, The Pearl and San Antonio Zoo and Brooks City Base. This well kept and very clean home with nice curb appeal features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for 4 guests along with a spacious kitchen, 2 living room or family room areas and a dining room. Free Wi-Fi along with a big screen smart TV with the latest apps such as Netflix, Prime and more adds to your enjoyment. Other features include washer/dryer, ceiling fans and new central heat and air system. Last but not least, a nicely manicured backyard adds to the list of features for your enjoyment.
