Amazing Location

The location is amazing pretty much everything you need to do is only about a 10-15 min. Drive and it’s a quiet neighborhood and overall just had a great experience

Very good stay

Very clean, the space was nice and perfect for what we wanted for a weekend trip. One thing is when we were gone for the day and walked back in we smelled marijuana. But you didn't smell it outsinde. And just a heads up sometimes since we were in the basement, you heard pealpe walk upstairs and kids cry, but it wasn't to bad. I would stay there again for a weekend. The host was great to deal with! Replied fast and was very helpfull! We had a flight change and he let us check in a little earlier.

Rollercoaster

The space was clean and inviting, just as described. However, the experience was overshadowed by the constant noise from the people living above. They stomped around loudly until after midnight and throughout the night, making it difficult to stay asleep. And there was an infant screaming most of the morning making sleeping in impossible. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the best option.

First Time Denver!

First time visiting Denver! Local to everything and such cute stay. Clean rooms, comfy bed, everything in working order. Only negatives is that the host and their family live above the stay and you can hear them walking, running, tv playing etc, so sleeping in didn’t really happen. Also at times, the room smelt like smoking fumes possibly from the shared door in the living room. The stay is pet friendly and accommodating. There was good communications With the host as well. The neighborhood isn’t the super nicest, but it felt safe and local to walk around in and park a car without worry. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Denver again. We recommend this place :)
