We had no wifi and a broken toilet during our weekend stay. Messaged the property manager twice with no response. But if you don’t need wifi or a toilet that flushes, this place is great.
There were a few issues with this property - the refrigerator did not work and property management brought in a mini fridge/freezer to fill in. The microwave door has to be lifted to close. Carpet had a number of stains and wear. Beds were very comfortable. Overall space was good. It would have been nice to have a bacon with some type of view or seating.
Traveled to Breck for several days. Condo was right next to peak 9 and close to Main Street. Really enjoyed the condo was walking distance to everything . Maintenance is very responsive and hot tub was great. I highly recommend
Our stay overall was fine. We enjoyed the hot tub & the location. Walking distance to everything was really nice. The place definitely needed some updating. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. The bottom bedroom bed seemed like it was broken? Mattresses were very outdated. Interesting that none of the tv’s worked either. There was no WiFi as well. These things definitely should be accessible with how much money is being spent.

Wonderful girls weekend close to everything!
My besties and I spent a weekend here and absolutely loved both the unit and the location. We were close to all kinds of restaurants, cafes, shopping and the free trolley. The private hot tub was wonderful and easy to use. While the unit didn't have AC, opening the windows did the trick and we didn't mind at all. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location, amenities need updating/upgrading
The location of Park Avenue Lofts could not be beat. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. The property listing said that Wifi was available, but I could not see the suggested network available. The property manager was unresponsive when I messaged through the VRBO app. The TV could use updating so you can log into streaming apps. Washer/Dryer was available for use in the unit, however, no detergent was provided. Overall, it was bare bones on the amenities with no extra towels for the hot tub, no wash cloths, no coffee provided with the coffee pot, etc. For the price, I would have expected a little more. Couldn't beat the location, though!

Disappointing - particularly for the very high cost
During the middle of the 1st night we discovered that the thermostat in the main bedroom did not operate and the room was extremely cold all night. We adjusted the thermostat in the main room as well as the bedroom and turned on the fireplace and the space was ok until we went to bed. After finding the bedroom very cold again in the middle of the 2nd night we left the bedroom door open the rest of the night to get some heat from the main area, otherwise the entire 2nd night would have been freezing as well. To make matters worse when we attempted to use our room keys early morning on Jan 1st neither key would work to access the room, gym, or even the building itself. We were effectively trapped in the room because if we left it to meet friends and go to breakfast we would not have been able to return. This of course kept us from leaving the building or being able to use the fitness facilities in the building. We contacted the property management emergency line identified on the welcome letter after 7am expressing this problem with inoperative keys only to apparently be ignored as we were eventually forced to abandon our morning plans, packed and departed by the 10am checkout deadline without ever hearing from a single sole. Our groups entire morning plan prior to checkout was completely screwed up as a result. These issues are completely inexcusable and not something we’ve experienced in the dozens of other locations/units we’ve used in the last several years in the area
The property was very convenient. I always felt safe on the premises. The cleaning staff does a good job. Two things: the carpets are well worn and have lots of stains. The owner needs to think about replacing floor coverings for sanitary reasons. Also the master bedroom closet, living room areas and leather couches smell of ski sweat! Ugh! I wiped things down and used febreeze heavy duty air freshener but that didn’t help. I checked out 5 days early.
Great location near everything. You can walk to Main st. and to the town lift gondola. The down side of staying here is that the wi-fi didn't work, upstair bedroom tv didn't work. When I call management to inform them of the problem they had a bad attitude.
You may be there awhile. Our four key cards did not work on the front lobby for entry from the outside. At 6°F, and coming home after a stroll in downtown breckenridge this was a big hassle. The cards did work on the interior room itself, no issues accessing our room. Just the building. We had to call the main great western number for access, and it was a situation experience by others as well. The location was fantastic!! We enjoyed the 4 minute walk to Maggie lift. Private hot tub was selling point, it had a beautiful view of the downtown Christmas lights. The unit could use some refurbishing. The downstairs mattresses should be replaced.
Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Entrance to parking garage is tight with a truck but still fits. Stairs to front entrance were a challenge with a stroller as the lift was locked but we just carried the stroller up the stairs. Elevator inside the building. Overall, great stay and loved the private hot tub.
