Gatlinburg apartment

The apartment was not as nice or clean as I had hoped. The towels had stains, the bathroom rug looked dirty, the air conditioners were not easy to operate and the toilet was running during the whole stay. Also, there was no dresser or chest of drawers so we had to live out of our suitcases. I also did not like that the apartment is directly in front of the elevator. Initially (before the stay) the host was very responsive however, when I attempted to reach her to advise her about the toilet, she did not reply. I eventually figured out how to reach her by phone & she claimed she did not receive my messages sent via VRBO. She said she would send a plumber but that never happened. The only positive was the location of the building. We were able to walk to many of the nearby resuand attractions.

Great condo

Plenty of space in this one bedroom condo. Great location. TONS of kitchen tools, cookware including coffee maker, hot pan, microwave, mini fridge, blender, toaster oven!!! Very close to strip but far away enough for quiet. The upstairs neighbor was very loud at different times, but that’s a roll of the dice I assume. It could have been cleaner. It was tidy but hair in bathroom and floor needed to be swept. Otherwise it was great. Host is excellent. Very timely responses. WiFi had no issues and was high speed. No issues getting in or with door. Would stay again.

1st trip to TN/Cheer Competition

Great Condo! Within walking distance of the main strip in Gatlinburg. No need for a car. Condo was exactly as the pictures and clean :) Definitely will be heading out there again in the future.
