Welcome to our newest listing in the gated community of Anastacia, Desert Dreams is a beautiful 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath home designed with guests in mind. The space
Welcome to Desert Dreams! This fabulous home offers plenty of privacy as the outdoor space is surrounded by towering trees to give you and your guests plenty of space and privacy . The brand new salt water pebble tec pool offers load of fun with Glo Bright LED lights and trickling water fall from the spillway of the raised spa. Have a seat in the spa and let the jets relax you muscles or have a seat on the tanning ledge and soak up the sun:) Enjoy dining outside on our large table and grill up your favorites on our gas grill. Gather around the fire-pit in the evening and discuss the days events and plan your next adventure to one of the many attractions nearby.

Inside we offer a beautiful kitchen where you can create a simple meal or and elaborate dinner for all your guests. Our family room provides plenty of seating for your group and a cozy fireplace for those cooler nights. Rounding out the lower level is a convenient powder room right off the front entry.

Upstairs we have four beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Our Desert Dreams Room offers a King size bed with Luxury Linens, a 58" Hisense Roku TV, en suite bathroom featuring a shower and tub, dual vanity sinks and a separate toilet room. This room also features two separate closets and a large sliding glass door out to your personal balcony.

Our Green Room features two twin beds, complete with Luxury Linens, a separate closet, and a 58" Hisense Roku TV.

The Pink Room features a queen bed with Luxury Linens, a seperate closet, and a 58" Hisense Roku TV

Finally our Solitude Room features a queen bed with Luxury Linens, a seprate closet and a 58" Hisense Roku TV.

Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. ** Pool and Spa heat must be selected for the entire reservation or none at all. **Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. *Effective for booking dates after 1/25/2023

We have a strict 12 person occupancy.
Parking is limited to 4 cars total. ( 2 cars the garage and 2 cars on the driveway)
We abide by the City of Indio's Good Neighbor Rules:- No loud music or noise between the hours of 10pm - 8 am.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and front and back yard of the home during the duration of their stay.
