Close walk to your own private dock (2 boat slips) and a boat ramp SUPER CLOSE. Located right on Kerr Lake (aka Buggs Island). Hot Tub (operational during fall and winter only) and Outdoor shower too! Mid Century Modern. No pets.

A great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay! The lake was beautiful and it was so peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We live fulltime in Richmond, VA but my wife's family has owned property at the lake since the 1980's. Her childhood was filled with fond memories of the many trips they'd make down to the lake, the friends they'd bring with them, and the fun they'd have out on the water. Now that we own a property there...we're excited to share it with others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Our family owns several properties on this very street and we actually have family origins back to the very ones that Kimball Point is named after.
