Great Place

Place was welcoming as it was clean and tidy. Was exactly how was seen in the pictures. Would definitely book again if needed:)

Excellent experience

The pictures and descriptions all matched as advertised. Convenient location where you can go shopping and dining with ample choices within 2 minutes of walking. We parked our rental car at the basement level of the building. The host was responsive with text messages. We felt like home living in this property for a week.

New building , great location

This property is exactly as it appears but should we stay again I would be sure to ask if the beds had mattresses. Our beds were boxsprings and horribly uncomfortable. When I reached out to the property manager , although his response was timely he did not solve the issue (which had been explained very well) he sent us mattress pads?? When I replied that this would not solve the problem I was ghosted for the remainder of the stay. It’s a shame because this was a great location and a new condo with great furnishings and linen but it wouldn’t be enough for us to return with the poor sleep and sore bodies we had.

What a host should simply be

The previous guests who left a review said it ALL & I concur! I —together with customer support, reached out to the host via email & text 4 days prior to our arrival regarding mattresses & access to our room getting no response whatsoever. 24 hrs prior to our arrival I finally received access codes & all info into the use of the apartment. We arrived after 4pm & the place was NOT cleaned. The host apologized & offered a reduced price for our troubles but so far that hasn’t happened either. We finally got back to the apartment 2 hrs after & the mattress was a thin spring mattress. So off we go for 2 blowup mattresses as opposed to changing apartments. It was tiring enough to spend 8 hrs to Vancouver . So, I would stay in your property again if you would have the common decency to address the most basic needs of your guests at a timely manner. All in all, you should at least offer a restful sleep to your guests & send them the check in info 3 days prior to arrival just like the website stated.
