Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath located in Birchfield Subdivision. Conveniently located near I-20 & just 8.3 miles from Augusta National Golf Club. Home is very welcoming, with master bedroom on main level. Upstairs includes 2 additional bedrooms with jack-n-jill bathroom. Upstairs also has a loft. Home has a nice outdoor screen porch with grill & a hot tub. Pictures are updated!
Home will be cleaned prior to arrival with no maid service during your stay, but will be cleaned between guest bookings. Home is pet & smoke free.
