I reached out several times to owner over a few months and got only one response. They said we would have access to Garage and it was locked up. Very little dishes and not many pots and pans to use. Carpets didn’t look vacuumed.

It worked
It’s a nice house to stay in if you are visiting kids in college in the area. It really needs new carpet. Also, it wasn’t cleaned well. Easy check in and out. I loved that there was an alarm on the house we got there late and left early.Little TLC it could be great.

Incredibly unclean
The floors had not been vacuumed and were covered in debris. Every item in the kitchen was dirty and had to be washed. The kitchen has very limited items. It is basically empty. I would not recommend this place. Location was great and house layout is good, but not worth it for cleanliness and what’s available in the house.
The home was clean, nicely stocked and looked exactly like the picture. Great for visiting the campus. If my son decides to go here. This will be where our family stays when we visit.
The house is beautiful and a quiet neighborhood. The beds are all comfy. Not much hot water, ceiling fans very dirty, trash in the back yard, cabinets very dusty. Just needed to be a bit cleaner. And there isn’t much as far as things you need for everyday living.
House was not cleaned and ready for us when we checked in after 3:00pm. Had to contact owner to have it cleaned. Was not able to check back in until after 5.00 after the house had been cleaned. Other than that everything else was fine.
Clean and comfy, perfect location for us… only bad part was could not adjust temp in house, and only two burners worked on stove so making a meal was hard and only had one rack in oven
What a great find! We recently stayed here three nights and thoroughly enjoyed this very clean home; it was modestly furnished. Very quiet location. The only challenge we had was getting the living room tv to connect to internet. I am Roku challenged. LOL! They were very quick to respond and help us out if we had any questions. We look forward to staying again if available for future visits.
Already occupied! Walked into home with already sleeping other guests. They gave door code to separate guests at same time. Unacceptable oversight due to “system glitch” they said.
This was perfect!
In town for our sister's funeral and this was the perfect home for me and my 2 brothers.
Very clean and spacious for all 4 guests.
Easy access to whatever we needed.
Tho the reason for our visit was not ideal, at least we could all be together comfortably.
Pricing was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I came to Abilene with family to move my son to college. We stayed a 2 days. The home was at a great location right next to a Walmart and lots of places to eat. The home was very clean and in very good condition. I had an issue with the television and the property manager came right over and fixed it. The communication was very good. I would definitely stay at this house again when I come see my son play football at the university.
Pros: Close to everything! Management and staff were fantastic. Cons: Issues with living room tv. Kitchen is under-stocked. Needs more forks and knives, dinnerware and more cookware. Outside back porch would benefit greatly if management would provide simple patio furniture to sit on.
Rating a 4/10
The home itself is a place with adequate space and sleeping arrangements for guests. So, a great space if all you need is a place to lay your head for a night, but I rated it a 4 because there was no toilet paper available. We had to purchase it ourselves, which is a little ridiculous. Also had to provide our own ice, as the ice machine on the fridge doesn’t work. I also wouldn’t advise using the kitchen to cook, as utensils available are pretty slim. So, if you plan to stay multiple nights, come prepared with your own basic needs/cookware. I also will state that one of the rooms had no air coming out of the air vent, no matter how cool we had set the thermostat. Vent was opened all the way. It was almost a sauna in that room. Manager WAS notified that evening and was ready to send maintenance over ASAP. So, hopefully that is fixed soon before next guests arrive.
