Kingston is the perfect location for visiting New Hampshire and S Maine. Easy access to coastal beaches, Kingston State Park/Lake, and so many amazing places. Stay here to be close but have a quiet, private huge 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house get-a-way! Unique find! Easy ride to University of New Hampshire, and hour from BOS. Kingston has amazing 4th of July, and Epping-New Hampshire Motor Speedway) For those working in the area, bring over your shirt term crew-we are much better priced than a hotel!!

We prefer 3+ nights reservations
But if you only need 1 or 2 nights -please ask-we maybe able to accommodate that.
This is a duplex. This listing is 17B- the right side of the duplex.
Garage is not available. Parking for 3 vehicles- please let us know if you have a large vehicle (RV, Boat..etc)
Non-smoking property -no smoking- cleaning cost for evidence of smoking = $300.
This is a brand new home. The water is special treated due to high iron. Water may be burnt orange color at times, if dark-please report to host. We recommend drinking bottled water.
At this location, no wifi/internet company is able to set up a system. We are on a. wait list for new fiber being installed in the town. For now, we recommend hot spot or phone.
Garage and cellar are not available to the guests.
No parties allowed.
The space is open flow concept downstairs with a lovely bar area, luxury recliner couches, and several Roku TVs. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- 1st = KING; 2nd = 2 Twins; and 3rs = 1 Queen
We aim to provide an incredibly clean and sanitized home for a great stay in Kingston.
