Family Getaway - Sleeps 10 - four min from the Branson Landing

Welcome to our Family Getaway, a peaceful home that’s tucked in a quiet Branson neighborhood. Located minutes from the Branson Landing and Branson Strip, this property makes you feel like you live in Branson, and is ideal for those who are looking to explore all that Branson has to offer!

THE SPACE:
- The open living space offers ample seating, a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, and a large Smart TV.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to create a delicious home-cooked meal. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, crock pot, and “kids-ware” are all available for your convenience. A beautiful coffee bar in the kitchen will be sure to capture your attention and satisfy any caffeine cravings!
- The home sleeps up to 10 guests between the 4 bedrooms and pull out sofa sleeper. For those with a little one – a high chair, pack & play and rocking chair are all furnished!

- Bedroom #1 is a very spacious (split floor plan) bedroom with a Queen bed and large TV.
- Bedroom #2 also has a Queen bed. This bedroom has a pack & play stowed in the closet for your convenience.
- Bedroom #3 again boasts a Queen bed and looks out to a deck in our over-sized back yard.
- Bedroom #4 is the perfect kids' room, complete with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and some books & toys for the kids to enjoy.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- All 4 bedrooms are outfitted with blackout curtains.
- Because of the property’s ideal location, you will be VERY close to the best that Branson has to offer, Branson Landing (1.5 Miles), Branson Strip (3.5 Miles), Aquarium at the Boardwalk (5 Miles), and Silver Dollar City (11 Miles). Historic Downtown Branson is less than 2 miles away and has many restaurants and novelty stores. You will often come upon live music, a festival, or other special events while downtown. This list is just the surface, the activities of Branson are truly endless. Our family can’t wait to host yours :)

Please note that requests for a late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. All guests will be required to verify booking details with our secure 3rd party vendor.

Perfect Home

We arrived with our family of 5 adults, 2 teenagers a 9 year old and an infant. Your home had EVERYTHING plus some!!! From tooth brushes if you forgot your own, baby wipes, diapers, seasoning, ice, toys, and anything else needed. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

Dance competition house

We had 4 dance moms and 4 dancers in the house. Each family had a bedroom. It’s close to the Branson Convention Center and Branson Landing. It was very clean and super cute. The washer and dryer were helpful. The neighborhood was quiet. We would certainly stay here again.

Christmas in Branson

We were able to fit all three of our families comfortably in this home. A lot of indoor space allowed us to enjoy time together since it was raining for most of our trip. They do have a very nice deck and big backyard, but we weren't able to enjoy because of the weather. It certainly looked very inviting and we were disappointed we couldn't enjoy the fire pit. The location was ideal because it was less than 10 minutes to the main downtown area which included Paula Dean's restaurant for us and the Branson express. Also another town was 5 minutes away with groceries and fast food if you wanted to avoid traffic on the main strip. There was lots of amenities for us and they also were very thoughtful and included items for kids like wipes, cups, pacifiers, in case we had forgotten them.

Branson Family Christmas

Our house was just perfect for us! It was quite clean, cute, and comfortable. The hosts had supplied everything we could want. And lastly, location, location, location! You could almost see Branson Landing from the house. It took us no time to get there and to the train station for the Polar Express ride, as well as to the convention center for a cheer competition. It also was an easy drive to Silver Dollar City. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway for our family!

Wonderful Stay for the Whole Family!

This home was ideal for a large group & proximity to all Branson has to offer. Our crew was 10 cousins from various states & the multiple rooms allowed us to have privacy, while still providing great shared spaces. The younger ones LOVED the dedicated "kids space" and toys. Thank you so much for opening your home to us & we hope to visit again.

Weekend in Branson

This house worked out perfect for our extended family weekend getaway. It was everything we were looking for. 4 bedrooms, a deck with a grill, plenty of space. It had a huge back yard with a swing set for the younger kids to play on. We loved that it was close to Branson Landing and downtown.

Excellent property

Veey nice accomodations. The "did you forget something" baskets were very cute and helpful. The location is very convenient. Noah was very good about communicating. He answers inquiries promptly. The rooms are smartly decorated and large. Though we didnt get to use it, the deck is a nice addition. I would highly recommend this property. It is a good value for the money. Hosts are excellent and a convenient location. Thanx for having us!

Sisters Spring Fling

Great stay. Hosts called before check-in time and told us it was ready if we wanted to check in early. So we did. Wonderfully quite well cared for neighborhood. Very close to everything. Lots of bedrooms so each sister had their own room. A wonderfully large country table to play games. We played canasta and dominoes and Farkle as well as several other games. We took the redneck bus tour—Awesome. We rode the zip line from Inspiration Tower—Fantastic. And then we saw Esther at Sight and Sound theater—AMAZING! We plan to return in December.

Perfect for a quiet beach and close to many local tourist events.

We came to go to The Players at Sawgrass. It is a short 30 mins drive up A1A. There is a Publix right across the street. Super convenient. There are several nice restaurant that the wonder suggested by the owner and we enjoyed them. Taking a walk on the beach was wonderful. Very close to all the sights of St. Augustine. Thank you so much for answering all our questions.
